The SKILLS for communication, managing money, managing disagreements and your emotional triggers that are in the twelve sessions can also change your LIFE. ARYA classes include discussions about romance, too. People (adults & teens) often choose to date the person they are most attracted to, even though that person may not have healthy relationship skills.
Sessions Six and Seven discuss defining destructive behavior and tools for resolving differences with respect.
Sessions Eleven and Twelve, include valuable information to help you in life and at work, by setting goals and living life according to your values.
Some of the exercises in class are group discussions, some are team activities, and some are completely private.
One vital ingredient for success is one's ability to acquire the "information" and "skills" necessary to succeed.
The information we provide regarding Effective Communication is based on a curriculum developed and researched by Kelly Simpson-MA PSYC, LMFT, CSC and author. The curriculum provides a high-quality of content exercises and applications. We aim to do everything we can to meet your relationship and communication skills-building goals.
